Do you offer custom and personalised orders?

How do I tell you which flowers I’d like for my order?
You can specify your favourite flowers during checkout. Just add them under "Customer Notes."
Can I send my flowers to you?
Yes, you can send your wedding flowers to me! Please email me to discuss the details.
How long do the pressed flowers last in the frames?
With proper care, they can last for years, retaining much of their colour and form.
What frame sizes and styles are available?
I offer various sizes and styles—please contact me for details or custom requests.
Are the frames eco-friendly or made from sustainable materials?
Yes, sustainability is a priority, and I use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. I have sourced Meobe frames which are made of acrylic glass, which is not only much stronger than real glass but also offers UV resistance. This helps protect your pressed flowers from fading over time, keeping your piece looking beautiful for years to come. The frames themselves are made from FSC-certified European oak, so they're both sustainable and long-lasting.
Do you need to know the arrangement style before you start pressing the flowers?
Not particularly, but if you have any inspiration, ideas, or references you'd like me to keep in mind, feel free to send them my way! I'm always happy to help bring your vision to life.
How soon do you need my flowers? If they are fresh flowers, I would need them as soon as possible. If your event falls over the weekend you can send them to me by Monday or Tuesday at the lastest. Until then, please keep them in a bucket of water in a cool place like a garage, this will help maintain their condition before pressing.
Some of my flowers have fallen apart. Is it still worth sending them? Absolutely, please still send them! It’s completely normal for some flowers or petals to become loose during or after the big day. I just ask that you send everything you have, including any fallen petals or flowers, in their current condition. I’m often able to restructure and restore them during the pressing process, so don’t worry. And of course, if you're unsure or feel it's a concern, feel free to get in touch, I'm always happy to help.
How should I care for my pressed flower frame?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity to ensure longevity.
Will the colours of the flowers fade over time?
Some fading is natural, but they should maintain their beauty for a long time with proper care.
Do you offer gift-wrapping or special packaging for pressed flower frames?
Yes, I can provide special packaging or gift-wrapping upon request.
How long does it take to create a custom pressed flower frame?
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity. I will keep you updated along the way.
Can I add a personal message or note with my custom order?

Do you offer framing options for international shipping?
Yes, I offer international shipping and can discuss framing options to ensure safe delivery.
Can the flowers be rearranged after I receive the frame?
No, the flowers are securely pressed and cannot be rearranged.
Do you offer bulk orders for events or corporate gifts?
Yes, I’m happy to accommodate bulk orders—just get in touch to discuss details.
How do I return items?
To return an item, it must be in a saleable condition—undamaged, with all labels and swing tags intact. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected. Items must be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date. Please email me before returning anything. We recommend using recorded delivery, as all shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Earth Tone cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
What items cannot be returned?
Due to the nature of certain products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (e.g., flowers)
- Digital downloads

If your product arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible. We’ll get back to you promptly to resolve the issue.
