How do I tell you what my favorite flowers are?
You can do this by letting me know which you'd like at check out, it will be found under customer notes.
How do I return items?
All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and swing tags, in a saleable condition. The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order. Goods must be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date. If you are returning Earth Tone goods please email email@example.com to notify us before hand. We recommend that returned items are sent using recorded delivery. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Earth Tone will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.
The following items can't be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
What if my product has arrived damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify me and I will get back to you as soon as possible
