Do you do custom and personalized orders?
Yes I do create customized orders with favorite flowers of your choice. Feel free to contact me to discuss this further. This includes, weddings, birthdays, house warming, bereavement flowers and all other holidays.

How do I tell you what my favorite flowers are?

You can do this by letting me know which you'd like at check out, it will be found under customer notes.

How do I return items?

All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and swing tags, in a saleable condition. The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order. Goods must be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date. If you are returning Earth Tone goods please email earthtoneuk@gmail.com to notify us before hand. We recommend that returned items are sent using recorded delivery. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Earth Tone will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.

The following items can't be returned:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

What if my product has arrived damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please email earthtoneuk@gmail.com to notify me and I will get back to you as soon as possible
