Shipping policy

I ship all orders directly from our UK studio. Orders are not processed on Sundays or bank holidays.

*Covid-19 Update*

I am working super hard to continue to send out handmade items during these uncertain times. I am currently running our my studio with strict COVID measures in place due to recent government guidelines, so shipping days have been reduced down to Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays for the safety of customers.

Despite my best efforts, some areas of the world are experiencing a reduction in delivery service levels. UK parcels are to be signed for.

I offer worldwide shipping on all orders at a fee.

All orders are shipping from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail services. 

All tracked orders can be tracked at www.royalmail.com

Custom Orders

Dependent on customization please contact before purchasing as there may be a que before ordering. I am to get all orders out to you within two days but times may vary.

UK shipping

  • UK shipping is free on all orders over £10. Delivery costs £1.50 on orders under £10. Delivery estimate can be up to 3 days once dispatched.

    Worldwide shipping

    • International shipping  Royal Mail service. Delivery estimate 3-5 working days from dispatch.

    Further information

    • If you are a customer ordering outside of the UK and have not upgraded to tracked international shipping you cannot track your order and we will not be liable for missing/lost items. 
    • Please ensure you enter your correct delivery address when placing an order as Pineapple Island cannot be responsible for redelivery costs if returned to our warehouse. 

    Lost/Delayed Post

    I use reliable post services to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. For reasons out of our control, very rarely post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to assist you. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK orders, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us. 

    Dispatch & Delivery Times

    I aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. Usually completed within two days of purchase dependent on the product. Please contact me if you are unsure - earthtoneuk@gmail.com

    Returns & Replacements

    All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and swing tags, in a saleable condition. The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order. Goods must be returned within 28 days of the despatch date. If you are returning EarthTone goods please email earthtoneuk@gmail.com to notify us before hand. We recommend that returned items are sent using recorded delivery. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. EarthTone will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.
